Pretty floral embroidered 1960s top in pink on white. Buttons up the back, V neck with a super cute Peter Pan collar and short cuffed sleeves. No label. probably about a large, feels like a poly to me, or perhaps a rayon.
Excellent vintage condition. A couple of missing stitches in the cuffs of the sleeves is about all I could find worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Shoulder to shoulder: 16.5"
Armpit to armpit across bust: 46"
Waist: 36"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 20"
